Mega Free Medical, Blood Donation Camp  and Cancer awareness Programme at Thumbe – 01/03/2026

A Mega Free Medical and Blood Donation Camp was held on 1st March 2026 at Bantara Bhavana – Thumbe, under the auspices of Bantara Sangha– Women’s Wing, in association with NG World Charitable Trust, Mangalore, MIO Cancer Specialty Hospital, Mangalore, and A.J. Hospital & Research Centre, Mangalore. The camp was conducted from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and included blood donation, general health screening, cancer awareness, Dental checkup, heart, BP, sugar, and free eye check-ups. Free spectacles were distributed to beneficiaries.

A total of 216 people attended the camp, and 101 people underwent eye examinations and received spectacles free of cost provided by NG WORLD Trust. The programme was inaugurated by Dr. Divya Jyothi and presided over by Mr. Jagannath Chouta, with other dignitaries present. The camp was successfully conducted.
