Mrs. Sundari, wife of Mr. Ramesha Mera and a resident of Karkala in Udupi District, Karnataka, is facing a serious health crisis. She has developed large abnormal swellings in her stomach and chest, described as “big bubbles,” which are causing her intense pain and discomfort.

A doctor at KMC Hospital has referred her for advanced treatment, confirming that an urgent operation is required. Unfortunately, Sundari and her family are in a very poor financial condition and are unable to bear the cost of the necessary medical procedures. After assessing her situation, NG World Charitable Trust has provided initial financial support by donating ₹5,000 to assist with her preliminary medical needs.

The local Panchayat has also been informed and confirmed the family’s economic hardship, and further support is being explored. However, the cost of the required surgery is much higher, and the family is in desperate need of additional help. NG World Charitable Trust appeals to kind-hearted individuals, donors, and social welfare organizations to come forward and contribute towards Sundari’s treatment, so she can receive the medical care she urgently needs and regain her health.
