The NG World Charity Trust has generously donated 25,000 Ruppes to Gardady Saint Anthony’s Aided Higher Primary School in Belthangady.The cheque was presented to the School headmaster Mr. Herald by Denis Galbao, Denis D’Souza, Mr.Glen, and other representatives of the charity.

The school operates with only two government-appointed teachers for its seven classes. To bridge the gap, the school has employed four guest teachers. This decision, while necessary to ensure a quality education, imposes an annual financial burden of approximately ₹3,00,000 on the institution.

> Financial Situation of Students

Most students come from middle-class families, which limits the school’s ability to cover these additional costs through tuition or other fees. Therefore, the school is actively seeking external support to sustain its operations and maintain the quality of education.

The donation from the NG World Charity Trust is a crucial step towards supporting Gardady Saint Anthony’s Aided Higher Primary School. However, continued and additional support from the community and other benefactors is essential to ensure the school’s sustainability and the provision of quality education to its students.
