A successful free health and dental check-up camp was conducted on March 16, 2025, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm at Padavarakallu-Raktheshwari Padavu, Madanthyar. The camp was organized through the collaborative efforts of Sahaya Hastha Madanthyar, NG World Charitable Trust® Mangalore, ICYM Madanthyar, Swarna Sanjeevini Seva Trust, NSS Sacred Heart College, Grama Panchayath Madanthyar, KMC Hospital Attavar Mangalore, and Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Mangalore.

The camp began with a formal stage program, presided over by Fr. Stany Goveas, Church Priest of Sacred Heart Church, Madanthyar. The camp was officially inaugurated by Mrs. Roopa Naveen, President of Grama Panchayath Madanthyar. Distinguished guests present included Mr. Sunil Moras, President of Sahaya Hastha Trust Madanthyar; Mr. Denis D’Souza from NG World Charitable Trust Mangalore; Mr. Sachin Suvarna, President of Swarna Sanjeevini Trust Madavu; Mr. Gregory Serra, Owner of Abhinandan Hall; Mrs. Silvester D’Souza, President of Catholic Sabha Madanthyar Unit; Mr. Prashanth from NSS; and Mr. Melrik from ICYM Madanthyar Unit. The stage program concluded with a formal vote of thanks.

The camp provided a wide range of health services including blood pressure and sugar level checks, cancer screening, ENT consultations, eye check-ups, ECG and cardiology services, and general health assessments. Attendees also received care for common conditions such as cold, cough, fever, skin issues, hair fall, back pain, and leg pain. Free medicines were distributed to all patients. Eye check-ups were conducted, and free spectacles sponsored by NG World Charitable Trust were given to those in need.

A dedicated medical team comprising doctors, nurses, and support staff, coordinated by a Medical Social Worker, ensured the smooth functioning of the camp. The camp received an overwhelming response and succeeded in delivering essential healthcare services to the local community free of cost.
