NG WORLD ANIMAL WELFARE TRUST has been actively supporting Rajani Shetty in her noble mission to care for and rescue animals. Rajani’s dedication is reflected in her daily efforts, where she uses an average of 700 kg of rice per month to feed stray animals. Her work involves feeding over 750 dogs and more than 100 birds daily, which she accomplishes by preparing 60 kg of rice mixed with chicken waste.

Rajani Shetty’s commitment to animal welfare is truly inspiring. She has devoted decades to rescuing and caring for a diverse range of animals, including dogs, cats, and birds. Her compassion extends beyond mere care; she has put her own safety at risk to save animals in distress. Rajani’s efforts have been recognized on various platforms, highlighting her as a beacon of kindness and generosity.

Despite the challenges, including limited resources and opposition from some quarters, Rajani continues her work with unwavering resolve. Her entire family supports this cause, working day jobs to sustain their mission.

Rajani Shetty’s ultimate vision is to establish a 24×7 veterinary hospital in Mangaluru dedicated to the care of stray animals. She envisions a facility that provides emergency care around the clock, ensuring that every creature in need has access to vital medical services. This dream reflects her deep understanding of the needs of animals and her commitment to providing long-term solutions for their welfare.
